Participation in our program will never be limited by transportation. Every day we pick our kids up from school or there homes, take them to the gym, then drop them back off at their houses after class.

After every class lunch is provided. Nutrition is the backbone to a healthy lifestyle, no amount of time spent in the gym can outwork a poor diet. By educating our kids on the components of proper nutrition they can make better decisions to fuel their body and mind.
